Humble learner, inspired by faith, and dedicated to the service of my community. Animated by the idea that an individual has not started living until he can rise above the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity. Striving to make the dash, in between the birth and the death, vibrant. Deeds > words. Anti-apathy.
Parent to two wonderful Dual Language students. Co-president of North Shore School District 112’s Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee. Appointed to the City of Highland Park’s Human Relations Advisory Group (2022-2023). Civil-rights lawyer.
